Participants appreciated the system’s ease of integration and reliability, and gave Carestream above-average marks for service and support. “Radiologists appreciate the high quality, structured reporting an enhanced toolset. IT managers and PACS administrators report the system is easy to administer and manage. Reporting is also meeting the unique needs of customers and facilities,” the report said.
MD Buyline asks users to rate products on the basis of system performance, reliability, installation and implementation, applications training, integration, service and support, and product flexibility.
