Medical equipment manufacturer Quantum Medical Imaging, Ronkonkoma, NY, has installed three Quantum Q-Rad Radiographic Systems at The Christ Hospital Outpatient Center in Montgomery, Ohio.
Commonwealth X-Ray, a certified Quantum/Carestream dealer, facilitated the sale and installation.
The three-story outpatient center, which recently celebrated its grand opening, will house an x-ray room that consists of a Quantum 65kW Q-VISION generator, a deluxe mounted tube stand with TechVision integration, an elevating, float-top radiographic table, and a digital wall stand. The system aims to minimize going back and forth from the patient’s side to the generator’s operator control panel in order to customize patient exams. These design aspects enable technologists to concentrate entirely on the patient during the examination.
