Vital Images, a division of Toshiba, will take part in the Image Sharing demonstration at the Radiological Society of North America’s (RSNA) Annual Meeting in Chicago, December 1-5. The company’s universal viewer, VitreaView, has been selected to display all image data associated with the demonstrations. The booth will highlight progress in standards-based interoperability.
“Vital is excited to be a part of the Image Sharing booth at RSNA,” said Tim Dawson, chief architect at Vital. “The ability to easily share information between physicians to get the whole patient story is extremely important. Interoperability between systems is a critical component of this, and one that Vital absolutely supports in our development efforts.”
