Small hospitals lacking a magnetic resonance imaging system have the opportunity to win a brand-new one for their facility in a national contest sponsored by Siemens Medical Solutions.
Until Nov. 30, American hospitals with 180 or fewer staffed beds can submit a two-minute video that provides a compelling argument for why they deserve to win. Hospitals are encouraged to display their creativity and dedication to patient care.
Members of the public can view the contenders’ videos and choose their favorite facility at www.WinAnMRI.com.
The health care facility whose video receives the most votes will be awarded a brand new Siemens MAGNETOM Essenza scanner, a product that was just introduced to the market on Oct. 17.
Voting will run through Dec.31, with the winner being announced in mid-January.
