Flat-Panel Display
DOME Imaging Systems Inc. (Waltham, Mass.) has released its C3 (3 megapixel) digital flat-panel display system. The C3 features an all-digital design, tightly integrated display controller, high-performance hardware portrait rotation, and full DICOM compliance. DOME’s CX displays offer a luminance of 233fL, contrast ratios greater than 600:1, screen size of 1536-by-2048 at 123 dpi, and a viewing angle of 170?. Color Analyzer
Sencore (Sioux Falls, S.D.) is introducing its portable CP291 ColorPro ‘Pocket PC’ color analyzer to align color tracking and luminance levels of video displays. The CP291’s measurement screens illustrate exactly which colors need adjusting, while readings are displayed in xyY and RGB, and color temperature is displayed in degrees Kelvin. Custom report software lets users download calibration data to a PC for documentation, data storage and report generation.
