AHRA: The Association for Medical Imaging Management has named Daniel Kelsey, MBA, CAE, its new CEO. In his new role as CEO, Kelsey will be responsible for leading AHRA’s team of professionals while increasing the value of the organization to its members, donors, sponsors, partners, and other stakeholders. He will lead the efforts to expand the organization’s programs while growing and strengthening its membership base.

“Dan’s strategic drive, distinguished career in the association management community, and passion for membership make him the perfect choice to lead AHRA and help shape the strategic focus and advocacy efforts of the next phase of its development,” says Bill Algee, AHRA President. “We’re thrilled to welcome Dan aboard.”

Kelsey brings more than 20 years of strategic planning, business development, and management experience in association and non-profit organizations. He previously served as the deputy CEO at the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, where he led the organization in the development of digital apps, oversaw the efforts to redesign its educational programs to generate non-dues revenue, and worked closely with a team of 50 staff with an annual budget of $14 million.

Prior to that, Kelsey served for 14 years at the Indiana State Medical Association, including eight years as the director of Membership and Practice Advisory Group.
