Leonard Berlin, MD, FACR

An eminent radiologist who has been practicing and teaching for more than 50 years, Dr. Berlin has authored more than 400 articles on issues surrounding ethics, malpractice, and physician liability. His service to the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the profession includes membership on countless ACR committees, both at the local and national levels. His speaking engagements around the world have established him as an expert in medical malpractice; he has spoken to radiology practices and professional society meetings on this important topic hundreds of times. Dr. Berlin is the recipient of the Gold Medals for Distinguished Service to Radiology from the American College of Radiology, the American Roentgen Ray Society, and the Chicago Radiology Society.

William Boonn, MD

Dr. Boonn is the President and CEO of Montage Healthcare Solutions as well as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Radiology, Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Previously he was Chief of 3D and Advanced Imaging, Associate Director of Imaging Informatics, and Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency and cardiovascular imaging fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania and an additional Imaging Informatics fellowship at the University of Maryland. Dr. Boonn is actively involved in the radiology informatics community, holding chair and committee positions with the Radiological Society of North America and American College of Radiology. Dr. Boonn also serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of Imaging Informatics in Medicine. Dr. Boonn is a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors for Montage Healthcare.

A thought-leader in radiology informatics technology, Dr. Chang is a sought-after speaker who presents at all of the key industry events such as Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM), Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and Radiological Society of North America (RSNA). Alan D. Kaye, MD, FACR

Dr. Kaye is Chairman of the Department of Radiology at Bridgeport (CT) Hospital, where he is also a former Chief, Section of Body Imaging. He is a graduate of Harvard University and University of Connecticut Medical School. He received his radiology training at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He has authored numerous papers and articles in the field of medical imaging, is the author of over 40 scientific publications and over 50 presentations. His clinical specialties include CT, ultrasound, and MRI. Dr. Kaye is a recognized expert in administrative aspects of radiology, has chaired national medical meetings, and served as a consultant to numerous companies and publications. He has been a leader in the American College of Radiology as Speaker of the College and is currently a member of the Board of Chancellors and several Commissions: Economics, Government Relations, Information Technology – and the Future Trends Committee.  He serves as Legislative Chairman of the Radiological Society of Connecticut, and has received the honor of Fellowship in the College.

Prior to accepting the position of Chief Executive Officer at Solis, James served as CEO of Memorial Hermann Hospital’s Retail Healthcare Business from 2004-2011. He was responsible for all business aspects of 28 outpatient imaging centers, 27 physical therapy centers, 20 ambulatory surgical centers, and 37 outreach lab facilities. Earlier in his career, James held the position of Vice President of Operations for River Oaks Imaging and Diagnostics located in Houston, Texas from 2001-2003. He received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Engineering from the University of Natal in South Africa. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Bauer College at the University of Houston.

Renard also founded and is president and CEO of Diagnostic Radiology & Oncology Services (DRS), a California-based management and consulting firm. He serves on the boards of multiple healthcare companies and is a chief advisor to both Rely Radiology, a leading national teleradiology subsidiary of Trident Heath System and to Frazier Healthcare, a leading national provider of venture capital to high growth and emerging healthcare companies. Samir S. Shah, MD

Dr. Shah is a board certified diagnostic radiologist who completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. Afterwards, he went on to complete a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Northwestern University. He also earned a Masters of Medical Management degree at Carnegie Mellon University in 2012. Prior to joining Virtual Radiologic (vRad), Dr. Shah spent time in private practice and then joined NightHawk Radiology, serving as a Medical Director. He has won multiple awards for his research in radiology, has authored many scientific articles in the radiology literature, and has served on national radiology committees/organizations.
