National Ultrasound, Duluth, Ga, has signed an agreement with GE Healthcare to handle point of care and cardiovascular ultrasound distribution for the physician markets throughout the United States.
National Ultrasound now offers the LOGIQ, Vivid, and Vscan family of products, in addition to Venue 50, EchoPAC, and GE’s Gold Seal Refurbished products.
“We feel the partnership will be mutually beneficial,” said Joe Williams, president of National Ultrasound. “GE wants more market share in every specialty and NU is in a position to provide it through our unique business model. We are excited to now be able to offer our clients a full complement of the best ultrasound products in the world at very aggressive prices.”
