Intrinsic Imaging, a medical imaging core lab that provides services for clinical trials, recently shared overwhelmingly positive results from its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Rating the lab’s performance in 16 predefined quality objectives, including team, quality, operational excellence, and contracting, customers reported they were exceptionally satisfied with the company’s qualifications and experience (90%), flexibility (91%), understanding of study requirements (94%) and overall attentiveness and responsiveness (97%). Furthermore, respondents gave high marks to the lab’s ability to deliver quality data on time and on budget (88%), its commitment to quality (91%), as well as the company’s overall quality of service (91%) and in-depth understanding of the regulatory requirements (93%).

Located in Bolton, Mass., and San Antonio, Texas, Intrinsic Imaging manages and analyzes medical images in support of Phase I, II and III clinical trials for new drug applications, and in Class I, II and III Medical Device clinical trials in support of 510(k) clearances and premarket approvals (PMA). The company employs 65 full-time, board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologists, with specialties in cardiovascular, central nervous system, gastrointestinal and genitourinary, medical device, musculoskeletal and oncology, among others.
