Quantum Medical Imaging, a division of Carestream, has installed a Quantum Q-Rad-Digital DRX radiographic system at Little Rock Hematology/Oncology, a division of CARTI, a not-for-profit, multi-disciplinary cancer care provider. Southeast Imaging, a certified Quantum/Carestream dealer in North Little Rock, Ark, helped facilitate the sale and installation.
The largest private cancer clinic in Arkansas, CARTI provides comprehensive cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy, diagnostic radiology, and surgical oncology to treat all cancers, including breast, lung, prostate, head, and neck, as well as blood disorders such as leukemia.
The Q-RAD-Digital DRX system at Little Rock Hematology/Oncology features a fully integrated x-ray room, consisting of a Quantum 65kW generator with high speed starter, a floor-mounted tube stand with TechVision, a QW-420-D wall stand, a QT-750-D elevating float-top table and a wireless DRX-1C cesium detector providing “lower dose imaging” for shared use in the table and table top configurations.
